Season 10 kicked off today in Destiny 2 with another sizable update to the game’s sandbox as well as plenty of new content for players to chase. After logging into the game, players have discovered ther absence of ritual weapons from Zavala, Drifter, and Shaxx. While the trio still have seasonal quests to work through, there are no longer any weapons to earn at the end of them like last season....

For those unaware, the Destiny bug allowed Guardians to exploit the game by generating unlimited amounts of ammo in their special and heavy weapons, including sniper rifles and rocket launchers. Similar to the infinite Shadowshot glitch, honest players became plagued by others taking advantage of the in-game error, which has now thankfully ceased altogether thanks to Bungie’s patch. Now that Iron Banner has returned to Destiny, fans should expect plenty of interesting rewards from Lord Saladin in the Tower....

Here’s what you can expect from Rise of Iron this fall: Story and PvE The story of Rise of Iron, as revealed in the expansion’s first trailer, will center around Lord Saladin and the Iron Lords. Destiny fans will know of Lord Saladin as the vendor that appears in the Tower for the monthly PvP event Iron Banner. Keen-eyed players will also recognize the Iron Lords from the event, as the gear earned from Iron Banner directly reference the Iron Lords—names like Felwinter, Colovance, and Efrideet....

The issue would allow players to spend money, but not give them their Silver purchase. It’s unclear if Bungie’s solution resulted in Silver delivery for all weekend buyers, or if it’s only solved for purchasers from now onward. Here’s Bungie’s official statement regarding the issue, provided by Destiny’s support team: Initial reports regarding the broken Silver sales starting as early as Saturday on the official Destiny forums. Users would go on to say that they’d been waiting over 24 hours without receiving their Silver....

An endless stream of super orbs can turn the Vault of Glass’ Templar into the very fodder it deploys. When pretty much everyone on the Fireteam can cast multiple supers, one right after the other, it doesn’t take very long to destroy even boss-level enemies. Of course, not just any class in Destiny 2 can pull off this feat. For it to work, a Fireteam must consist of mostly Titans — Titans with a certain exotic chest piece — and one or two Warlocks....

On Reddit, a discussion broke out on the topic of the bridge encounter during Tier 3 Reckoning. The user known as Chekoby brought up the fact that this encounter is nearly impossible to do without a constant Hunter tether spam as well as the Warlock’s Well of Radiance or Titan’s Ward of Dawn. Many feel that this difficult Destiny 2 encounter is going to be even more challenging once the nerf patch goes live and reduces the effectiveness of a number of exotics like the Orpheus Rigs which help players bypass this section of Reckoning....

A majority of the changes are made to suit the lower player count. That means faster objectives and less reliance on teammates, a trend that seems to be a focus for all of Destiny 2’s Crucible modes. One of those distractions is a tire game on the Moon that can become very addicting. Essentially, Destiny 2 players roll a tire down a “hill” and try to land it in one of four different craters. Each of these craters carry a different point value, with the larger craters giving the fewest points.
