Specifically, players that are trying to open Zavala’s office door in Destiny 2 should simply return to orbit and then load back into the Tower. While doing this may be a slight inconvenience, considering Destiny 2’s relatively long load times, it is an easy way to fix the problem that some players are currently encountering with Zavala’s door, and it should get these fans on track to completing the Fourth Horseman exotic quest.

With respect to what comes after a player has opened Zavala’s office door, the next quest step is to reach his vault, and that is done by navigating through a series of rooms and vents. For those players that are interested, the video below details the exact path that should be taken to the vault, and indeed fans will find that the Fourth Horseman exotic shotgun is missing when they eventually arrive at this location.

From there, players will need to complete a variety of tasks on Mars and in the EDZ before they are sent to clear a Legendary Lost Sector called The Quarry. Bungie has indicated that this Legendary Lost Sector will be available every three days, and players that are working to complete this final portion of the 4th Horseman exotic quest are thus advised to keep their eyes on the EDZ.

To note, the Fourth Horseman is not the only exotic weapon that was added with Season of the Worthy, and players can currently obtain the Tommy’s Matchbook exotic auto rifle as well. While some fans may have found it quite easy to earn the Fourth Horseman, once they were able to open Zavala’s office door, it is even simpler to get Tommy’s Matchbook, as it is granted to anyone that reaches level 35 of the Season Pass.

Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
