Known as Bergusian Night, the legendary shader is closely tied to curated Black Armory raid and forge weapons. YouTuber Cheese Forever indicates that it is a guaranteed drop on the curated Threat Level shotgun players receive from the opening section of the latest Destiny 2 raid, Scourge of the Past. However, it is possible to find this shader applied to other curated Black Armory forge weapons as well. Simply dismantle the item with the shader to receive it as a drop.
By default, the Bergusian Night shader features a purple, white, grey, and black color scheme. However, what really makes this shader unique is that it appears to be slightly animated with the various forge symbols, seen prominently in the difficult Niobe Labs puzzle, floating around the item. It’s a subtle effect that can best be seen on weapons rather than armor.
Thankfully, players have recently discovered how to obtain curated rolls on Black Armory weapons. These unique versions of standard Black Armory weapons come with a fixed roll originally set by Bungie as well as a level 10 Masterwork. In order to have the best chances at getting these special weapons, players should complete Ada-1’s weekly Powerful Frames at the Bergusia Forge. While it won’t guarantee a curated weapon, players have found that the chances of one dropping after completing a frame are better at this final forge than the others.
Destiny 2 is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
