[HTML1] With Destiny getting ready to enter into its second year of life with The Taken King expansion, Bungie is planning a whole slew of changes to the game including a stronger narrative, a revamped leveling system, and new quest system. Outside of the increased vault space, the most exciting change may be the amount of new gear and weapons to find in the new expansion. While eagle-eyed fans have spotted a new sword class weapons in the previous livestreams, Bungie remained tight lipped on the topic leaving fans to speculate....

Although it’s only been a few months since the split fans have already seen some beneficial and unfortunate developments under Bungie’s direction. Overall Destiny 2 seems to be going strong and the franchise appears to be in good hands for the time being. 10 Mistakes: Weapon Power Creep This has been a problem since release and some fans have argued it’s gotten worse with Bungie in charge. Each new expansion introduces new weapons, but the majority of them get sidelined as the older ones grow stronger and stronger with the new bonuses and enhancements that are also introduced....

Florescent Canal Region Chest Location 1 Similar to the Miasma area, the first Region Chest in Florescent Canal is quite close to the entrance of the area. To get to it, players should stick to the right side of the fortress wall and follow the path until they see a fountain up ahead. From there, players should go around the corner of the fortress wall and follow the building’s ledge until they spot the Region Chest on another nearby ledge....

The Another Link in the Chain Triumph in Destiny 2: Beyond Light is an Exotic Quest Triumph in Season of the Chosen. Guardians will need to find and scan six different clues throughout the Glykon during the Presage Exotic Mission. The current season of Destiny 2, Season of the Haunted, continues the universe’s march toward The Witness’ arrival as its shadow grows across the Sol System. Season of the Haunted sees Calus and his Leviathan return, now morphed and engulfed by Darkness, taking orbit above the Moon to commune with the dormant Pyramid ship under the lunar crust. Guardians are joined by Eris Morn, Zavala, Crow, and Empress Caiatl as they make use of the dangerous Crown of Sorrow in an effort to halt the communion and uncover Calus’ plans....

But even though everything looks cool, some of the new weapons are just better than others. Prior to the launch of Destiny 2’s Beyond Light expansion, Bungie confirmed that it is making a change to the gear awarded from Factions and Destination vendors. Rather than the gear being close or at the current power level of the player, these weapons and armor pieces will instead be 20 power levels below. The main destinations leaving Destiny 2 for the Destiny Content Vault are Titan, Io, Mercury, and of course, Mars. Players have until November 10 to complete any unfinished pursuits, triumphs, etc. on these destinations such as the coveted Warminded emblem earned by unlocking all 40 of the Martian Sleeper Nodes. In Destiny 2’s first version of the Iron Banner, two teams of four will compete against each other in the Control match type. Players will earn Iron Banner Tokens by participating in the event and completing milestones that will help them unlock impressive new armor that looks something like samurai gear for Guardians. While Destiny 2 fans are likely excited to earn this new armor, it’s worth noting that not everyone with the game can automatically throw their hat in the ring....

First Wish “A wish to feed an addiction” This wish gives players an Ethereal Key which can be used to unlock a chest at the end of the Last Wish raid. It seems that this is a one-time use wish. Second Wish “A wish for material validation” This wish spawns a chest between the Morgeth encounter and The Vault. This chest requires the Glittering Key to open, which is found by completing the raid....

Witherhoard is a grenade launcher that uses Special ammo. When fired, its grenades create Taken traps either on the ground for enemies to walk into to take damage, or when hit directly, a miniature Taken blight forms on the enemy and deals damage over time. The Vault of Glass is a fan-favorite Raid, and many players have spent years trying to learn its secrets. In its Destiny 2 incarnation, Bungie has also been adding weekly rotating Raid challenges that add more complexity to the encounters but offer even more loot if they are completed. How to Start the Gone but Not Forgotten Quest Destiny 2 players can grab this quest in the Tower by speaking with the event vendor, Eva Levante. After a short intro, the NPC will provide players with the titular quest. But Stasis may not be the only new Darkness-based power in Destiny’s future. In an interview with Twitch’s official gaming channel, game director Luke Smith suggested the possibility that more subclasses built around new powers and abilities could be in store for Guardians over time. This season has the added impetus of Trials of Osiris returning, so many players are scrambling to try out new weapons and builds to see what is most effective to take into Trials, Destiny 2’s endgame PvP mode. While there can always be surprises along the way of the season, with the full reveal of the patch notes and the artifact, it is possible to start making predictions and educated guesses as to how the meta will shift in Season of the Worthy....

The screenshot itself doesn’t actually feature the full map, as these are usually bigger than could fit on the screen in one go, but it does offer a few hints as to what players ought to expect when Destiny 2 Witch Queen comes out on February 22nd. Destiny 2 players who are at Power level 300 or higher (the current Power level cap is 305) are able to gain 300 Power level engrams by trading in Crucible tokens to Shaxx. As Shaxx resets weekly, players should have at least until the next weekly reset (which will occur on Tuesday, November 14) to collect these 300 Power level engrams. As such, there is no rush to grind for Crucible tokens and players can feel free to go at their own pace....
